This is the first novel that I have read by this author. He gets good reviews because of his character development, and I agree with that. I think the author wrote the number of pages necessary for his publisher and then used the lazy method of an epilogue two years in the future to finish the book. The book was entertaining to read and had many thrilling moments, but left the story lines of minor characters completely unfinished. I also did not like his use of interview reports to further the plot.

I will probably read this author's books when I have a long flight and want something that keeps my attention. Kind of a thriller beach read.
