About this book, the first word that comes to mind is “WOW”! What a good story!
I understand that even though the story is fiction, it is based on true facts. The facts are so incredibly sad and sorrowful that Georgia Tann was allowed to operate in the fashion that she did, with so few people taking her to task.
It is slow moving at first and sometimes difficult to incite interest, but stay with it. It gets better.
If you don’t get emotionally involved in this story, I would be surprised.
