I've watched Boonmee, Syndromes and now Cemetery - and I can't say I understand, but according to many - that is the point. in comments on Ebert A W is compared to Malick, Ozu and an analogy of the current political situation in Thailand. I'd say more dream-like as Malick is - I've never had a problem understanding an Ozu film. a very touching relationship between a woman with an injured leg who uses crutches and a man with a disabling sleep disorder. the bonus feature tells the story of the injury to Jen's leg. in the film a very astonishing and loving scene involving her injured leg.
