Having Fully read and in the Process of practicing ALL the exercises Offered In the book, I am Literally amazed at what I Feel and the differences I see improving Before my very eyes (Inside and Out!) I have A Great deal Of Relief in my feet, ankles, Knees, Hips and Lower back. I have also Spoken To SIFU (SiGUNG) at some length over the Phone. He Took the time, That was necessary, and was Cordial, patient, and explained even area's I was Not Aware of, Even after some 30- Odd years in the Martial arts, Meditations and Chi Gung. I am Convinced that SIFU Cardoza's Routines from this book should be used as a Firm Foundation, Before taking on Chi-Kung Practices, as it Opens the Necessary Meridians and More, After Practicing them for about 90 days or so, I truly believe that they should be used as a Warm-up to any Chi Kung, Yi jin jing, any internal or external types of Martial art, and Meditations. Heads-Up!!!! Mr Cardoza is Coming out with a few new titles in 2016&17 Look for them to expand your Knowledge, I know I will
