Practical, helpful, well-researched advice for improved emotional well-being. I enjoyed hearing his voice (he is the reader as well as the write), and find Dr. Weil to be a calming, positive influence as I drive. This isn't a book that tries to tell you you should be crazy happy every day--and it accepts that ups and downs are part of a normal life--it's more about finding a good mid-point of contentment. It's another example of a book I might have found to be a bit dry if I were reading it, but quite enjoyable, helpful, and relaxing as an audiobook.
