The first book in this companion series to the Unbecoming of Mara Dyer. Although this series focuses on Noah Shaw’s perspective it continues to tell the story in the other series. I loved the Mara Dyer series so I was so happy to see that a second series was being written and was a continuation. In this novel it focuses on how the “gifted” kids are killing themselves and how Noah and his group of friends are trying to figure out why. This book is definitely a mature read and can trigger people since it talks heavily about self harm and suicide. Rating 5 out 5 stars
