Our bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and they change throughout our lives, from newborn babies and children through to teenagers, and maybe to mums and dads and grandparents. Find out about growing and learning, big and small, keeping fit, breaks and bruises, the five senses, using our minds, how we are the same and how we are different - and lots more. Our bodies really are amazing!

Great book for children/young adults, fun book for older adults. Illustrations are fun to look at without being too "scary" for little ones. I would recommend this for anyone's home library as it can be a light reference book, easy to read and fun to look through for all ages, not to mention the inclusive nature of the text regarding issues many people find difficult to approach. My four year old grandson liked the illustration of the male and female because it confirmed why his twin sister's body looked "different" from his. I think this would be a great reference book for a pre-teenager and teenager especially when they have so many questions they might hesitate to ask about. Knowledge is power but not as important as access to information. Check it out.
