The Lois and Clark of the DC universe that preceded the New 52 are revealed to be alive and living a secluded life in the rebooted universe- she's spending her time writing anonymous but best selling books, while he's using his powers in a behind the scenes way. This story, which has the couple and their son coming under threat, starts to establish the status quo to come in the DC universe, what with the New 52 Superman on a one way trip to the proverbial dirt nap in the main books. The creative team get their take on the story done in just the right way as they go along, though there are one or two glitches and unanswered questions.
