Contains some great ideas if you are new to the art of food presentation.

Puree raw carrots into a paste, spend it in lines on a sheet and dry them in an oven. Peel off and wind around a chopstick. Place the dried spirals as a decoration on a plate. Amaze your friends, if your friends are easily amazed.
