JR Moehringer's autobiography entitled "The Tender Bar" made me fall in love with him. He later assisted Andre Aggassi with the tennis star's autobiography, "Open" which was also wonderful. I'm no tennis fan, but Aggassi is a lovable character and Moehringer's hand is evident in the storytelling. Lovely writer and great in an NPR interview about his editorship of this book. Looking forward to taking this book on a road trip with me soon!
