The author does not miss a chance to promote himself. He does not get into the real questions about ethics. More or less, this is a collection of some of his columns (some quite dated... is it ethical to text at dinner?) that are often neither interesting nor a matter of ethics. I was very disappointed in the content. Frankly, a waste of time, not much to learn and a misleading title. Often he just talks about etiquette, rarely about true ethics. Also I did not like him using the book for the the settling of accounts with disagreeing letter writers and other critics.
There has to be better books about ethics.

This book was so great! I laughed! I learned a lot about ethics! i think i will actually buy a copy just so I can refer to it as necessary. Seriously, its *that* well written.
