This is the best self-help book I've ever read. The first one to really inspire hope in me. I no longer feel like a hopeless cause whose only option is a lifetime of medications and therapy. I totally recommend this book to anyone suffering from anxiety disorders. Especially if they are severe and are affecting your ability to live life.
