Societal morality and national historical ethnics cannot be taught to students from a top down perspective. What realities do women and children have to contend with physically, intellectually, psychologically, and emotionally from day to day in the US and across the world? Why is it deemed necessary to adhere to and learn the most inconsequential facts in history when in fact people of color and lgbti people live history everyday? This book would serve as a good textbook since you cannot study history from merely statistics and dates. Here it is, the thoughts and feelings of women as women.
