Goldie Hawn describes her "mindful" method of raising children in this easy-to-read guidebook. Her concepts are insightful and are interspersed with quotations and references from renowned psychologists, neurologists, and other experts. Recommended reading for all parents.

Love this book by Goldie Hawn! It will not only benefit parents but it can benefit children and young adults. Practicing these 10 mindful steps/minutes will turn around your life according to Goldie and I'm willing to trust her. Great book!
