Add a CommentTimeless story more relevant today with foreign land speculation, dodgy marketing, gentrification, luxury condos & kicking out low-income renters.
Especially in Metro Vancouver on people finding an affordable house to buy or rent impossible.
Ditto fractious strata council and armed forces personnel housing.
Of course, Roman didn't have to deal with leaky condos in 1980s & 1990s.
