Good recipes. Helpful info on prep. Also helpful on foraging food.

I like any book by the Boutenko family, in that they share not only their inspiring stories in an amusing, non-preachy way, and they also share recipes that seem very do-able for a raw-food dabbler. There is also a small section in the back identifying wild edibles, with a few recipes.
