I think this book can be very helpful, particularly for older individuals, to undo muscle contractions related to prior traumas, work requirements, etc. , especially those who can't afford Feldenkrais. Chronic muscle contractions creating chronic pain. But the illustrations are so dark, it is really hard to see exactly what exercises are being shown. I can't believe they printed the whole book with such dark photos.
Bottom line: inactivity will make you ill, depressed, and misshapen. Stay in motion each day.I
