The book was wayyy better than the movie.
Was good until the part where they try to do something to keep the call center in business.
Plan to read more books by this author.
Just finished reading One Night @ the Call Center and found it truly brilliant fiction in all respects. I was laughing out loud several times each page at the wonderful humour. At the same time I was feeling the intense spirituality and honesty of god's advice to these depressed young people (there is one older person as well but he is less involved). Having worked very closely with Indian call centers and India generally over the past few years I found the setting, characters, insight and observations spot on. This book should be mandatory reading for anyone involved in global resourcing.
Ok book. Very disappointed with the end.
