A beautiful book. The culture, history, and setting is described so wonderfully. You will find yourself cheering Anahita on as she stands firm in who she is!

I couldn't get through the first half of the book, there was too much jumping around from character to character and not enough detail about each. It would have been better if the author had focused on one character instead of trying to pack it with plot.
