VERY GOOD music documentary educating us about the great East meets West musical aspects of contemporary Istanbul. I particularly enjoyed getting an introduction to artists like Sezen Aksu - and more.
Hearing the rap style using the local language flavors was also great.

Excellent documentary by German/Turkish director Fatih Atkin. This film exposes you to a new world of music and I find it extremely enjoyable and eye-opening. A great movie and sound experience!

I really enjoyed this documentary.
The movie head on by the director is also very good.

Viva! the music of Instanbul, the cultural crossroad. Especially I was moved by Aynur, the Kurdish female singer in red cloth and the brilliant Turkish sax (?) player Selim Sesler.
