Unless you require detailed research about Michael Ruppert, you are better off just viewing the movie Collapse and visiting collapsenet.com. Director Chris Smith summarizes the best of Michael Ruppert's work, whereas Crossing the Rubicon is a rambling, disconnected account that reads like a cop's notebook. Michael Ruppert has given up pursuing the 9/11 conspirators, and now lives on a couple of rural acres with his dog. He is a musician who leads the group New White Trash.
