This book was both a challenge and easy to read. One has to concentrate if they are to accomplish this task. What Albert Camus did with this source of literature is make entries during his lifetime. Some of them were very lengthy whereas others were very short. Others had bits of dialogue. It was as if he had an idea for a short of fiction. Other entries clearly state of what he was going through and what he thought on certain subjects. This is definitely a must-read for those who are interested in the works of Albert Camus.
